Can I book from the US before I fly?
Yes — we recommend it. Book online and you'll receive instant email confirmation with your driver's name and contact details. No need to arrange anything on arrival in London.
Do you accept American credit cards?
Yes — Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are all accepted. Prices are in GBP and your card will convert at your bank's exchange rate. No foreign transaction fees from our side.
Which terminal will I arrive at from the US?
British Airways and American Airlines use Terminal 5. United Airlines uses Terminal 2. Delta and Virgin Atlantic use Terminal 3. Check your boarding pass and specify the terminal when booking.
How long does US customs and immigration take at Heathrow?
UK Border Control (passport control) typically takes 20–45 minutes for non-EU passport holders. Baggage collection adds another 15–30 minutes. We include 60 minutes of free waiting time from landing, so there's no rush.
Is Uber reliable at Heathrow from the US?
Uber operates at Heathrow but surge pricing can make it 2–3x more expensive during busy periods. You also need a UK or international SIM to use it. A pre-booked fixed-price transfer removes both of those uncertainties entirely.
Can you take us to Oxford or Cambridge from Heathrow?
Yes — both are popular with American visitors and academics. Oxford is 45–60 minutes from Heathrow (from £90). Cambridge is 90–110 minutes (from £110). Both routes are door-to-door, no train connections needed.
What is your cancellation policy? +

What happens if my flight is delayed? +
Nothing — your driver monitors your flight in real time and adjusts automatically. You will not be charged extra. You also receive 60 minutes of free waiting time from your actual landing time. No need to call us if you are delayed.
Can I book a car service from the USA before my flight? +
Yes — our booking system works from anywhere in the world. Many US visitors book their London car service before they leave home. You receive instant email confirmation with your driver details. American Express, Visa and Mastercard all accepted. No UK phone number needed.
How early should I book my airport transfer? +
You can book any time — instant confirmation is available 24/7. For busy periods (summer, Christmas, bank holidays) we recommend at least 48 hours in advance. Corporate clients often book weeks ahead. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before if plans change.
Is this a licensed and safe service? +
Yes — we are fully licensed by Transport for London (TfL Licence 0109290101). All drivers hold valid TfL private hire licences. Our 100% electric Mercedes vehicles are regularly inspected and insured to the highest standard. You can verify our TfL licence online.
