🇮🇳 Travelling from India? Here's what you need to know
Air India flights typically arrive at Heathrow Terminal 2, British Airways at Terminal 5, and Virgin Atlantic at Terminal 3. UK Border Control queues can run longer for non-UK/EU passport holders — we include a full hour of free waiting time from your actual landing time, so there's no need to rush or worry about being charged extra if immigration takes a while.
Travelling as a family or group? Our Mercedes EQV seats up to 6 passengers with room for 6 large cases — ideal for multi-generational trips, weddings, and family holidays.
We understand the anxiety of landing in a new city after a long-haul flight — especially with family, luggage, and possibly a longer immigration queue. That's why we build in a full hour of free waiting time and let you book and confirm the whole journey over WhatsApp, in a format that's familiar and easy.
Our vehicles are 100% electric Mercedes EQ, with the EQV seating up to 6 with generous luggage space — well suited to family travel and multi-generational trips.
Can I book and confirm everything over WhatsApp?
Yes — message us on WhatsApp with your flight details, number of passengers, and luggage, and we'll confirm your fixed price instantly. No need to use a separate app or website if you prefer.
Which terminal will I arrive at from India?
Air India typically uses Terminal 2, British Airways uses Terminal 5, and Virgin Atlantic uses Terminal 3. Always check your boarding pass, as this can vary by route.
What if immigration takes a long time?
We include 60 minutes of free waiting time from your actual landing time — plenty of time to clear UK Border Control and collect your luggage. Your driver monitors your flight and adjusts automatically if you're delayed.
Do you have vehicles big enough for a family or group?
Yes — our Mercedes EQV seats up to 6 passengers with room for 6 large cases, ideal for families, groups, or multi-generational travel.
What currency do you charge in?
We charge in British Pounds (GBP). Your Indian bank card will convert automatically at the day's exchange rate. Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are all accepted.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes — the price you're quoted is the price you pay, regardless of traffic or how long the journey takes. No surge pricing, no hidden charges.
